Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and certain regions in Asia. Please check our website for more details on shipping restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items include:

  • Bed linen
  • Bed sheets
  • Pillowcases
  • Cloth napkins

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for the exchange process, especially during peak seasons.
